Purpose

Purpose
We live in a diverse world at home and abroad. This two-day experience goes beyond typical “diversity” courses and offers participants a view of cultural difference that encompasses not only race and gender, but also gives a framework for understanding and interacting appropriately across national, regional, and organizational cultural boundaries.

Special Features
Participants will take and learn to apply a tool for cultural diagnosis as well as a model for understanding their and others’ cultural developmental level. Exercises/practice sessions help complement the learning process.
